Hakko Air Pumps are high volume diaphragm pumps designed for a variety of low-pressure applications.
Hakko Air Pumps are sleek in design.
This is a cast iron body style. They are small units with a surprisingly high output. Ideal water depths between 2 feet to 12 feet deep. Shut off depth is 16 feet deep. The Hakko air pumps are built to last with a very durable body and mechanics meaning years and years of everlasting quality airflow.

Hakko air pumps utilize linear- motor theorem to reduce power consumption during full operation. Units are extremely quite utilizing spectrum analysis technology in order to decrease any mechanical noise.
110 Volt is standard. 220 volt is by special order.
No oil needed for lubrication making the Hakko easy to maintain.
The outlet fitting is approx 5/8" O.D. 6 foot power cord supplied

The heavy-duty memebrane with highly durable base which is constructed of molded polypropylene.
The precision perforated 1' slits open when airflow is present, close when airflow is stopped, resist tearing, and stay cleaner longer.
A standard 3/4" diffuser pipe thread makes it convenient to replace other coarse bubbler diffusers.
Stainless steel 304 clamping ring tightens to hold the membrane firmly in place.
Center triple o-rings support the center of the membrane when airflow is absent.
Our Matala Air Discs are 9 inch diameter and are designed for the wastewater treatment industry to very high standards.
The air pore size in the rubber membrane is designed to give a medium size bubble which will not put any significant back pressure on the system. In fact this special air disc only adds less than 6 inches of water depth back pressure.
The 3/4" male thread makes it easy to attach to your feed line.
Capable of handling air flows of 40 lpm to 120 lpm.
The disc is very low maintenance and in some cases NO maintenance. Simply wash the disc with clean water and bleach if it ever needs cleaning.
We have some of these air discs in systems now for over 3 years with out trouble or maintenance.
Use the 6 way manifold only for HK 25L.
Use the 12 way manifold for HK 40L to HK 60L.
Use two (2) 12 way manifolds for the HK80L.
Use three (3) or four (4) manifolds with HK 100L or 120L.
