BioSteps Kit Components:

BioSteps Filter with 6 Matala filter pads for "Progressive Filtration".

• 2 Green Matala Pads, 2 Blue Matala Pads, 2 Gray Matala Pads. Amazing filter capacity and improved settling of solids within the filter chamber.
• Flow rate 800 to 900 gals per hour. Gravity return to the pond.
• New "Swivel Inlet Fitting" with barb sizes 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" and 1.5"
• Outlet fitting for 1.5" or 2" pipe connection or connection to optional Waterfall Spillway. The tank is an open flow "gravity return" to the pond.
• Bottom Drain fitting for backwash of dirty water. Includes drain plug. Capable of connecting to optional drain valve (not provided).
• Tank made from automotive grade plastic capable of cold and hot environments.
• Capable of adding the optional 16 watt EZClear UV Clarifier and or optional Waterfall Spillway.

Magna-Flow 1100 EZ Submersible Pump with EZBio 11 Plus Prefilter.

• MF-1100EZ Pump with maximum flow rate of 1100 gals per hour gives approximately 900 gals per hour at 3 feet of head. This is the ideal flow rate through the BioSteps filter.
• Includes a "Diverter Valve" to fine tune the flow through the BioSteps. The Diverter Valve also gives you the ability to divert flow to a jet or separate fountain.
• Includes the new EZBio 11 Plus Prefilter. 4 inch diameter x 8 inch long with green coarse mesh. Protects the pump from clogging but still allows dirt through to the BioSteps filter.
• 18 foot long 16 gauge electric cord with 3 prong grounded plug 110 volt.

• Includes hose clamps for quick connection.

BioSteps Plus-W: All components of BioSteps Plus with Waterfall Spillway. Flow rate up to 800 gallons per hour.

BioSteps Pro - All components of BioSteps Plus with 16 watt EZClear UVC

• Mounts inside the BioSteps for convenient installation.
• Uses a 16 watt Phillips UV lamp for top performance in clearing green water. 9000 hours lamp lifetime. Replace lamp once per year recommended.
• Electronic Ballast tuned to the 16 watt lamp.
• Clear threaded cap to verify the lamp is working.

BioSteps Premium - All components of BioSteps Plus with Waterfall and EZClear UVC. 

This kit has it all. But you also have the option to "add on" the optional 16 watt EZClear UV Clarifier or the optional Waterfall Spillway to your basic BioSteps Plus Kit at a later time if you decide to upgrade after you install the Plus Kit on your pond.
