The unit stands approx. 11.25” x 1.5” diam. base (2” diam. head) & has a 1” FPT connection port
it creates a “half-sphere” effect. The biggest variations from manufacturers is the “dimple” in the center due to the curvature of the top center flange.
As with most, it is a “half-sphere”.The tighter you screw the top flange, the further out the flare of the “bell” extends.
This will thin out the water & it will hit a critical point before losing the solid laminar “sphere” shape.
