Eductor jets use a venturi design which enables smaller pump flows to circulate larger volumes of water. Eductors will circulate 4 to 5 gallons of water for each gallon pumped (ex 500 GPH pumped - 2000 GPH circulation).
This principle makes eductor jets an excellent choice for pond returns and assist in sweeping debris to bottom drains and filters or fixing stagnant areas. These educators are also effective for use as decorative fountain nozzles.
