Instructions for replacing the Float and Shell:

AFFC is the outer shell and AFF is the inner foam core or float:

The shell just sits on top of the float. Pull it off. On the top of the Styrofoam float, they will see (3) nuts and (3) big washers. Remove the nuts and washers and the stainless steel rods that hold the pump and pump cage will pull out.

The discharge assemble, that the nozzles are attached to, is threaded onto the pump, and will easily slip through the donut hole in the float. Then replace the float, washers, nuts, and place the shell back on top

Customer Question:

Is this good in high wind area as far as staying on top of water?

Easy Pro Tech Answer:

The Fountain head will not sink in high wind, but the display/water will be push around in high wind events.

Customer Question:

Does this come with pump housing & debris catcher?

Easy Pro Tech Answer:

No. This is a floating fountain head with a nozzle only. If a complete fountain is deisred, please consider our AF100 fountains

Customer Question:Does it have any tie off spots to anchor to side of pond for keeping in place?”

Easy Pro Tech Answer:Yes. There are (2) eye bolts on to bottom of the ACF2N floating head for attaching anchor ropes (supllied by the end user)

Customer Question:

I was curious what kind of weight the float would support? We have a pump made up to hold under it and want to make sure the weight of it and force of the water won’t pull it under.

Easy Pro Tech Answer:

We use a 48 lbs. pump with that float for our Aqua-Fountains. So I know it can handle that but if they are looking for exact specs, we do not have those.
