Attention:
To all Hozelock Cyprio owners, Hozelock Cyprios have not been brought into the US for a number of years and we have one of the few suppliers of these replacement items. The following statement was made to me by our sole supplier of these items in April, 2012 when asked why he does not carry the original star-shaped filter design:
"We do not have a choice. We are just lucky to any source at all. I
can understand customers concern, but the style in your picture is just not
made any longer. To be honest, we are just glad we have found a supplier. The
difference is that the ones we now source are "square" and not the
'star' shape shown in the picture. Cyprio no longer sells these units and have
not sold for many years."
