Worked beautifully!...keeping acorns & leaves out of my 15'x8' Koi pond...very pleased with product!...good value for the $!

I have a 6,000 gallon pond with 26 fish and for me I'm not impressed with this product. Don't get me wrong the fish do like it but I ran into a few problems. One problem is the pump stopped working after the first time I used it, then it says to put 2 pumps in but with 26 fish not everybody gets it more like 6. Next with my pond I have about 2 foot of rocks from the water plus plants at the edge of the pond so it's hard to lean out to put some in. Then I tried putting it in a cup of water and tossing it out but when you do it sinks and it takes a while before the fish are even interested. Overall this is a great Co. but this product gets a thumbs down for me and needs a lot of work.

Don't wast your time. I have had this unit several years. It may, if you are lucky, work for awhile but then it will not pump. The bag the water goes into is a joke. One star is too generous.

The single best tool for keeping my pond clear of weeds and other debris. I've used it for several seasons, and it shows no wear. Works like a charm--fill it with weeds, turn it over and it empties easily without having to clean it out by hand. I like it so much that I'm buying a spare this year.

When used correctly, this product is amazing. It creates a beautiful and thick lining for a concrete pond--no more messy EPDM liner with bulky folds in the corners. Hooray! Yes, you have to carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions for this to work properly, but as long as you do that, it is flawless.

Beyond that, my husband and I have never experienced better or more friendly customer service than we have from Butch at Pond Armor. He is patient and will invest his time to make sure all questions are answered. He stands behind the integrity of his product 100%. He has truly gone above and beyond to make sure our pond project is a success, and a safe home for our beloved koi fish.

This is the best product I have ever used. A couple blocks in and the next day your looking through and seeing the bottom, which is something we don't get to do much. because of the cloudy water. This sludge reducer is the best. This is a good seller so far. No problems

There is no 20 year guarantee. After installing liner with underlayment, the liner leaked. I had to buy a new liner at full price and pay for shipment. Anyone who sells this and includes the stated guarantee statement should stand behind it or make Firestone stand behind it.

I think this is one of the best pondless waterfall kit that I've seen in the market and have personally used too. I only trust this brand and the ones from pondless-waterfall-kits-wadjustable-flow-pump-2-si because I've already been using them for years in my backyard ponds and pondless water features.

My Pond Master model 9.5 finally went out. I kept the receipt and the date of purchase is 03/28/2010 that’s pretty darn good, actually it’s outstanding since I had the pump running 24/7 365 days a year for 13.8 years. I definitely got my monies worth. Excellent product

I have never been happy with this vac since day 1. Always replacing parts. Shuts off and clogs frequently. Don't waist your time with this piece of junk.

The wire portion lasted great, but the netting fell apart after only one year. Now I have the sturdy wire and no netting to capture debris. Don't feel like buying this product yearly.

I recently bought this net after an older one from another company finally wore out. I can't be happier. The mesh is very tight and when you stake, the net is very tight. You could bounce a quarter off it. My old one used to sag with the weight of leaves. Not this one. It doesn't come with stakes. The only concern is the binding appears to be made out of a plastic coated material. Time will tell if it will hold up over the years but the net surely will.

I just wanted to say thanks for the suggestion to this pump. It is 5 times faster than my old one with an extra-long cord and flexible hose and works phenomenal in a pea gravel pond!

My pond Was a green could barely see the fish in it tried the real clear a K for the pond was amazed went back in about four hours could see the bottom it's been four days now and it's crystal clear then I used the pond die this helps to control the wind sale algae use very little turns the pond blue aqua very pretty this was a lot easier than putting in a UV light set up you'll love this product good luck with your pond

Received this fountain. It's heavy, but it will last a millenium. Beautiful, works perfectly, it is the focal point of my garden.

This product is a scam, first time applied dog ate it, never kept any animal out of flower bed. Dogs, squirrel, chipmunk, no animal out. Then if you ask for refund ( even though on bag it says guaranteed) they will not refund

I loved it but it didn't live long upset me cause it's so Kool like another one but need to know how to really take care of it.

We needed to replace our 11 year old pump for our pond. After searching online and with a quick email to and from the Pond Outlet, we order this replacement pump and received it the very next day. Great price! Great service!

I bought and installed this unit in 2007. Zero issues, I just unbolt it and take it in the garage during the winter. I can't hear the unit over the sound of the waterfall. In my experience, you need more than the basket to keep leaves and debris out of the impeller. I now use a mesh screen and coarse filter media before it gets to the basket.

I ordered this "new" product last year, but am ordering the original style this year. The "new" mat is made of thicker strands of material, but is more porous. It literally fell apart in my hands during the season! The only plus to this mat is that the hole is already cut into it.

Excellent product..sealed crack in the upper portion of pre-formed pond...lasted for 3 years...cleaned crack and reapplied. Hope it lasts for 3 more years!

This would have been a product if the size and length were listed.It is very difficult to tell how long and what diameter this product based solely on the picture.

PLEASE BRING IT BACK I NEED THIS FOR AN OUTDOOR CAT FOUNTAIN I CANT FIND ANY OUTDOOR NOT PLUG IN CAT FOUNTAINS! I love how this is solar paneled powered. Havent ever bought it, but i would love to try it.

This thing is terrible, we have replaced ours three times as the seal on it is not good around the glass. The water gets into the ball and it stops working

My pond is 6 weeks old with vary green water,so green I could not see any fish, I got the 10800 because I have a 4500 gal pond, and a a 5200 gph pump and with in 8 day it's clear wow what a difference, I piped it not to go in the filters so I could regulate the flow,but the 40 w is doing a great job, but I did have to put a bleeder on it I have bubbles in it ,and the water wasn't filling the unit all around the bulb. P s I did what u said good job..
