Shipped in two boxes. A round cement base (14" Diameter) comes with the unit that is shipped in a separate box. Small box, but heavy.
It comes with a concrete base that it attaches to with 4 bolts.
It does not come with a basin. Comes with a pump, Cobra and concrete base.

Question:
Is the pump a fully submersible kind that goes below ground and in the water, or is it an "in-line" one that installs above the ground hidden behind the fountain somewhere? Is tubing included with the pump?
Answer:
It comes with a submersible pump with just a short piece of tubing that goes from the pump to Cobra.
Question:
Is a Reservoir included? If not, What would you recommend? What size Basin? Would a 30x30 Basin be ok?
Answer:
Basin is not included. This is one of my favorite units, but the water comes out of the Cobra very fast. Because of this, it should pour into water and not decorative stone. Too much splash. You can do what you want, but this is my experience
