Aquasurge Conversion
I want to let you know that "us gals" (my neighbor lady and myself) were able to easily install the Aquascape 5000 pump without any issues today. I want to sincerely thank you for the awesome service, providing your knowledge, and in validating that we should be able to install it with the video you provided. I'm happy to say that my pondless water feature is back up-and-running and I owe it to you. Thank you so much....truly!
Pond pump replacement
I appreciate you taking the time to walk me thru it and guiding to the right parts and anticipating what the problems were to avoid.
Thanks again, you are a good man to know for all things pond related.

Aquascape Pond is Wonderful!
Dreamy! :) :)
Excellent in the pond and around the pond. Soft potting allows for rock to be placed firmly around pot to secure and mild it in place. Good drainage for soil when not used in water.
Bad product
Don’t waste your money on this product. Does not work, bought it, broadcast as directed, and armadillos returned two days later.
bamboo accents traditional 36" spout and pump kit
looks great and was easy to install , all parts were included with no issues looks just as it was advertised thanks
Tip on installation
We have the large (20") bamboo model, which is fantastic! My wife thought the knocking was a bit too loud, but if you add some weight to the tipping end (we tied a small bag of stones onto the copper band, which has a loop) slowed the action down and all in all made for a more pleasant experience.
Great little pump

This product worked so well, upset that it has been discontinued.
Very Bad Filter
As a follow up review to the one complaining about the extremely limited head pressure sustainable by this filter I would like to add the following. The seller’s rebuttal is that the “flow” must be limited to less than 1,000 gph. I had actually limited the flow to half that. Still, as the filter accumulated the slightest bit of resistance from build up, which coincidentally is what a filter is supposed to do, the seal would again blow out and I would lose my pond water. There is no preventing this since it happens in a relatively short time. After dumping my pond twice I took the filter apart and cemented the o-ring in place with construction adhesive.
I, in no uncertain terms, do not recommend this filter.
Bio Pro 4000 junk
Doesn't work and impossible to get any help from anyone who deals with this product! I am ready to throw it away and buy a different brand. Instructions that come with unit are pretty much useless! I am not sure we have the dials set correctly and cannot find anyone who can or will tell me the proper settings!

Perfect!
This bird bubbler is the berries!! I placed it on the corner of my terrace and the cardinals just love it. Couldn't be better I'm getting one for my mother
Review
When you call for parts these people are very informative. They send you exactly what you want. If you’re undecided they are very knowledgeable about what they sell. Buy with confidence they are very good place to buy supplies if or a fountain or waterfall.
Mexican petunia
I love these. I call them my ground cover splash. Constant blooms here in SC.
Cabrio LED Lights
they look cool and work well with the remote. I have 2 water features that I use them in and ALWAYS remove them before winter and store inside. The problem is they don't last long before losing half of the light on the bar and losing half of the colors. I replace atleast1 light every year.
Houtannynia
I grow this in average soil with average moisture. It fills in quite prolifically. In other words make sure you want it where you want it. It is quite beautiful.
Chameleon Plant
This plant is extremely invasive! When established, short of a nuclear explosion, there is no way to get rid of it!
Invasive
This is one of the most invasive ground covers, and if you plant it then this plant will take over anything near it and it is very difficult to eradicate. Our personal experience.
Houttuynia Cordata Variegata
I didn't realize this plant was a bog plant. I was given this plant as a ground cover. It can be very invasive, but I have it between my house foundation (river rock) & a sidewalk, so the concrete keeps it in check. Early in the spring I have Virginia Blue Bells & daffodils that bloom there, then they die down & it starts to sprout up. It grows to 12"-14". I elevate large pots of Burgundy cannas within the flower bed & it looks beautiful !
Nymphaea chromatella
Due to lack of space, I grow Chromatella in a plastic half-barrel (about 2 feet diameter) from Home Depot. I fertilize about once a month and have delightful results with it. It’s planted in a shallow pot about 10 inches square. I have about six varieties of lilies in half-barrels and this is one of the prettiest.
Answer to question
The company's answer to the question about adjusting the pivot arm is incorrect. If your water level is too high, pivot the float downward so the cut-off will occur at a lower level. If you move the arm up, it will allow water to continue flowing beyond the desired level.
Pondless Waterfall
Did a lot of research before I purchased my pondless waterfall kit, so glad I choose this outlet. The price was competitive but the handling of the order and subsequent response and advise was excellent. Could not have asked for better customer service.
Fernco Fittings, Dude.
I’m leaving a review because the only one I saw on this site was a one star where the customer was complaining about the fittings. The outlet is metric. But a fernco adaptor will easily fit over the outside of the fittings they’ve provided and as long as the flow isn’t backed up on its way back to the pond, you shouldn’t have an issue here. Learning how to use the different plumbing adaptors available to you is one of the first things you’ll learn setting up a filtration system, and once you have that knowledge, this is a cake walk. The compact sieve is a great budget sieve that, while not as low maintenance as a gravity fed sieve costing twice as much, (I go out and clean mine out once a day, a quick scoop of leaves and a brush to pick up some of the smaller particles and you’re done) will go a long way in keeping solids out of the water column.
Not compatible with standard tubing
It does not attach to any readily available return hoses. Why such big return outlets? You literally have to just dump it back into the pond. Why not include adapters for standard tubing?
We used this product yesterday, for the first time, Overnight results...pond water looks much clearer. Very happy with the product.
WOW ! Recommend
I have had problems with string algae in my pond from the first year I built it. I have tried lots of ways to remove the algae, both mechanical and chemical. But within a few days of putting in D-Solv 9 into my pond, I began to notice a change. And now, my pond is absolutely clear. I followed the instructions and never have been happier. Definitely recommend this product.
Fish literally jumped out of the pond
Highly recommend the product but I would recommend taking fish out first. Measured correct dose and kept checking on fish, 4 hours later found 2 Koi Had jumped out of pond. Put them in another pond and they are still alive.
Great net
Netting is very durable and lasts a few seasons year round. It keeps the herons out of my ponds. I leave it on the pond year round.
